5. The delivery person will call to notify you before the goods arrive.

(DEEBOT X2, X5, X8, X11, X12 series enjoy 2 years of on-site pick-up and delivery warranty service; DEEBOT mini, T20, T30, T80, T90 series products enjoy 1 year of on-site pick-up and delivery warranty service; DEEBOT Y series enjoy 1 year of carry-in warranty service, calculated from the invoice date; WINBOT series products enjoy 1 year of carry-in warranty service, calculated from the invoice date). The warranty repair services do not include consumables, non-functional parts, and accessories (such as batteries, filters, main brushes and side brushes, covers, cleaning cloths, and related accessories).

*For warranty service, simply retain the INVOICE from the invoice email; no online registration is required. For models that enjoy on-site pick-up and delivery warranty service, you can directly call Dah Chong Hong to make an appointment when the machine needs to be collected for inspection.
