After-sales service

The purchased goods are provided by the HK& Macau distributor DCH ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES COMPANY LIMITED with relevant delivery and after-sales maintenance services (DEEBOT X2, X5, X8, X11 series come with a 2-years on-site pickup and delivery maintenance service; T20, T30, T80 series products come with a one-year on-site pickup and delivery maintenance service; DEEBOT Y series products come with a one-year carry-in maintenance service, starting from the invoice date. WINBOT series products also come with a one-year carry-in maintenance service, starting from the invoice date.).

*For DEEBOT and WINBOT series purchased from ECOVACS official webshop, if any functional issues are found within 7 days from the date of delivery, please call 800906018 (Hong Kong) or 0800699 (Macau) to contact us. We will arrange on-site pickup for DEEBOT X2, X5, X8, T20, T30, T80 series products, other series need to carry-in to the service center for inspection. If the inspection confirm a functional issue not caused by human damage or misuse, and the product packaging is intact, a special replacement arrangement can be made.
