*For DEEBOT and WINBOT series purchased from ECOVACS official webshop, if any functional issues are found within 7 days from the date of delivery, please call 800906018 (Hong Kong) or 0800699 (Macau) to contact us. We will arrange on-site pickup for DEEBOT X2, X5, X8, T20, T30, T80 series products, other series need to carry-in to the service center for inspection. If the inspection confirm a functional issue not caused by human damage or misuse, and the product packaging is intact, a special replacement arrangement can be made.
