1. Discovery Bay area charges an additional service fee of HK$120
2. Charge for additional stairs: $40.- / For stairs outside the building, the first 1-3 steps are free, and then there are 10 steps per floor.
3. Extra charge for pushing the cart - the first 100 meters is free, and then $100.- / every 100 meters the trolley travels to the village house (inclined road) or building lobby, calculated based on the nearest available parking location. (It is recommended to use google map to estimate first)
