Delivery Service Terms
1. Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
2. Free standard delivery on all purchases.
3. Delivery service hours are from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
4. Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses (residential or commercial addresses). The service area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay* and Ma Wan.
5. The delivery person will call to inform you before the goods arrive.
6. Please call Dah Chong Trading Co. at (852) 3193-9888 for details on delivery arrangements and additional service charges.
7. Additional service charges will be collected in cash by the delivery driver. Please contact Dah Chong Trading at (852) 3193-9888 for details of additional charges.
8. We offer special delivery service to the Macau Special Administrative Region for the official X11 PRO OMNI model (we recommend purchasing all accessories in the same order; accessories will not be shipped separately to Macau).
*Discovery Bay HK$120 additional service fee will be collected in cash by the delivery person
