How to participate

Terms & Conditions

  1. Trade-in is currently only available for the purchase of DEEBOT X12 PRO OMNI. Only one old device can be traded in for the purchase of one DEEBOT X12 PRO OMNI per order.
  2. The trade-in value will vary depending on the condition and configuration of the eligible trade-in device. Not all devices are eligible for trade-in. The old device does not need to be of a specific brand or fully functional, but it should have basic appearance and structural integrity. ECOVACS reserves the final right to determine whether an old device is eligible for trade-in.
  3. In the trade-in program, only specific types of cleaning appliances can participate (Canister vacuum cleaners, upright vacuum cleaners, handheld vacuum cleaners, robotic vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers), but there are no brand restrictions.
  4. Once the trade-in device is returned to ECOVACS, it will not be returned to you. It is also recommended that you delete all data, including all confidential and personal data, before returning it.
  5. Please note: Once you choose to return the device to ECOVACS and submit the trade-in evaluation form, this decision cannot be revoked.
  6. Once the trade-in program is confirmed and the online payment process is completed after receiving the coupon code, all goods are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and orders cannot be canceled. If you click the "Checkout" button to proceed, you will be deemed to have agreed to the above.
  7. The collection address for the old device must be the same as the delivery address for the X12 PRO OMNI.
  8. In the event of fraud or deception, ECOVACS reserves the right to withdraw or not issue coupon codes. Fraud and deception include, but are not limited to:
    - The device received by ECOVACS does not match your description.
    - Repeatedly applying for ECOVACS trade-in.
    - Applying for ECOVACS trade-in to purchase DEEBOT X12 PRO OMNI, and then requesting a return and refund.
  9. The personal data provided by customers when applying for trade-in will only be used for identity verification, coupon delivery, and subsequent communication for the event, and will not be used for any unauthorized commercial purposes by third parties.
  10. The event runs from now until September 30, 2026. ECOVACS reserves the right to terminate, postpone, modify, or cancel the event content at any time without prior notice. All changes will be based on the information on the ECOVACS page.
  11. In case of any dispute, ECOVACS reserves the final decision on this event.

Trade-in Coupon Code

  1. The coupon is currently only available for the purchase of DEEBOT X12 PRO OMNI.
  2. We will review the trade-in evaluation form within 3 working days.
  3. After we approve receiving the device or verify your form information, we will send a HKD500 coupon code to your registered email address.
  4. ECOVACS coupon codes are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and non-refundable for cash.
  5. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discount codes. The coupon code is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and will become invalid and cannot be reissued after expiration. Customers must complete the purchase within the validity period.
  6. If a coupon code is used in your order, the value of the coupon code and the old device will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  7. The coupon code can only be used for pending purchases and cannot be used to refund the price difference of already purchased orders.
