  • The care of our products is subject to local consumer laws. In the event of a major error, you may be entitled to a replacement product or a refund, as well as compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the product quality fails, you also have the right to repair or replace the product. If there is no major error, ECOVACS has the right to choose to provide you with repair, replacement or refund services. Remedies

  • Repair the product free of charge; or
  • Free replacement with a new or refurbished unit.
What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Consumable parts, including remote control batteries, safety suction cup batteries, cleaning cloths and mops, filters, filter sponges, roller brushes, roller brush covers, side brushes,
  • Cleaning fluid, scraper strips, etc.
  • Failure or damage caused by commercial or other non-domestic use.
  • Failure or damage caused by debris/sand/dust from home decoration, or other chemicals/metal particles/liquids.
  • Failure or damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires or lightning.
  • Failure or damage caused by human negligence such as improper voltage input due to the machine being dropped, immersed in liquid, or improper operation.
  • The device has been used for rental purposes.
  • The device is damaged by foreign objects, chemical substances or accidents.
  • Repair or modification of the unit by unauthorized third parties.
