If the "ECOVACS_xxxx" robot Wi-Fi cannot be found in the network, please restart the robot (please press and hold Reset until you hear the startup music sound) and router, force close the App and try again

- Please restart the App, restart the robot, and then try to configure the network again.
3. [3]: Login invalid
- Please log in to your account again and try to configure the network again.
4. [10000], [10020], [10021]: The mobile device is not connected to the network
- Please confirm that both the mobile device and home Wi-Fi can connect to the Internet normally
5. [10006], [10011]: Distribution network timeout
- Please confirm that both the mobile device and home Wi-Fi can connect to the Internet normally
6. [10010], [10018], [10025]: The robot cannot connect to the network
- Please confirm that the robot is in an area with good Wi-Fi coverage. It is recommended that the robot be within 3m of the home Wi-Fi.
- Please confirm that the robot is powered on and short press reset. The robot's Wi-Fi light will flash.
- Please confirm that the home Wi-Fi password you entered is correct
- Please confirm that the home Wi-Fi connected to the robot is a 2.4GHz network
- Please confirm that the home Wi-Fi connected to the mobile device and the home Wi-Fi connected to the robot are consistent
7. [10503]: The robot timed out when receiving distribution network information.
- Please wait for the result page of the network configuration. When the progress bar does not exceed 50%, ensure that the mobile phone continues to connect to the Wi-Fi network starting with "ECOVACS_xxxx"
8. If other error codes appear, please try again.
